The Reverend Timothy Sands

 

Timothy Sands is the President and Chief Executive Officer of an employee training and development consulting firm, Esdras Innovation, Inc.  Also, the Reverend Timothy Sands is the Senior Pastor of St. Paul A.M.E. Church (Madison, Georgia).  Before that, he served as Pastor of New Hope A.M.E. Church (Hoschton, Georgia), Saint Peter A.M.E. Church (Camilla, Georgia), Saint Mark A.M.E. Church (Thomasville, Georgia), Grays Chapel A.M.E. Church (Yatesville, Georgia) as well as Camp Hope A.M.E. Church (Macon, Georgia).  Pastor Sands is a leadership, hospitality, and team chemistry consultant.  He has served in leadership positions with Equifax as an Accounting Analyst, Bank of America as a Team Leader Trust Officer, Hilton Hotels Corporation, Wachovia, and the Contemporary Services Corporation (Georgia Dome) as a Supervisor in the Command Post. 

 

Moreover, Reverend Sands received his Master of Science in Management from Argosy University. He received his Master of Divinity from Payne Theological Seminary.  He also received his Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies-Psychology and Minor in Business Administration degree from Oglethorpe University.  In addition, Rev. Sands is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership, Liberty University. Not only does Rev. Sands serve on numerous church, educational, and community boards. He is also a member of The Saint Mark African Methodist Episcopal Church (Atlanta, Georgia), the Masonic Lodge #4, The Atlanta Consistory #24, and formerly sat on the Interdenominational Theological Seminary Associates Committee. 

 

Rev. Sands was licensed as a Preacher of the Gospel on January 3, 2010, at the Saint Mark African Methodist Episcopal Church in Atlanta, Georgia.  Rev. Sands was ordained an Itinerate Deacon on May 24, 2012, in the African Methodist Episcopal Church at the North Georgia Annual Conference.  Furthermore, Rev. Sands was ordained an Itinerate Elder on June 13, 2014, in the African Methodist Episcopal Church at the Post Conference and Theological Institute.  Nevertheless, Rev. Sands constantly reiterates the fact that the best is yet to come.
